We organize a weekly caravan schedule for several communities.  The caravan is designed to run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and offer coffee and lunch stops.  The ideal caravan has multiple stops at various times to present a flow form one property to the next allowing agents to preview multiple homes.  Check with the agent who is hosting before bringing buyers to caravan stops.
